The Johannesburg Society for the Blind has been empowering blind and partially sighted individuals since 1926. For 100 years, we have provided rehabilitation, skills development, education, and support services that promote independence, dignity, and inclusion.
Through our “R100 for 100 Years” campaign, we celebrate a century of service while raising support for the future of visually impaired South Africans. Every contribution helps us continue our mission: *“To Assist the Blind to Walk Unafraid.”*
As we celebrate 100 years of service, the Johannesburg Society for the Blind proudly launches a series of impactful campaigns aimed at improving the lives of blind and partially sighted individuals.
Together, these campaigns honour our past while building a stronger future for the next generation.
